Class Descriptions:
HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training): Push hard, recover quick, repeat. HIIT delivers powerful intervals of strength and cardio to torch calories, boost metabolism, and build lean muscle. Each class is different and challenging, keeping your body guessing and your energy high. Modifications and progressions are offered, making this class accessible and effective for all levels.
Bike Boot Camp: Pedal hard, hop off, get strong—repeat. Bike Boot Camp delivers an exciting mix of cardio and strength that keeps your workout fresh and effective. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or new to the bike, this class challenges you at your level!
Water (Weighted) Aerobics: Make a splash in Water Aerobics! This upbeat class combines cardio, strength, and mobility exercises performed in the pool for a refreshing, total-body workout. The water provides natural resistance while reducing impact, making it both challenging and gentle.
Restorative Strength: Restorative Strength is a gentle, strength-based class focused on balance, mobility, and functional movement. Low-impact exercises improve muscle tone and joint health while supporting safe, confident movement.
Avita Yoga ($10): Avita Yoga is a gentle yoga class focused on mobility, balance, and relaxation. Designed for seniors and beginners, this class promotes flexibility, calm breathing, and mindful movement in a supportive environment.
Soma Yoga: Soma Yoga blends gentle yoga postures with somatic movement to help retrain the nervous system and promote ease of movement. Movements are slow and accessible, allowing participants to listen to their bodies and move without strain.
Calisthenics: Calisthenics helps you build strength, mobility, and control using just your bodyweight. This class focuses on functional movements like pushups, squats, planks, and pull variations to improve total body strength and endurance. All levels welcome!
PiYo: PiYo is a low impact blend of Pilates and yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and balance at a steady pace. Suitable for all levels.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is a gentle, slower paced class focused on basic poses, breathing, and relaxation to improve flexibility and balance.
