Restorative Strength: Restorative Strength is a gentle, strength-based class focused on balance, mobility, and functional movement. Low-impact exercises improve muscle tone and joint health while supporting safe, confident movement.
Avita Yoga ($10): Avita Yoga is a gentle yoga class focused on mobility, balance, and relaxation. Designed for seniors and beginners, this class promotes flexibility, calm breathing, and mindful movement in a supportive environment.
PiYo: A low-impact blend of Pilates and yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and balance at a steady pace. PiYo is suitable for all levels!
Pilates: A gentle yet powerful full-body workout that strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances posture. This Pilates class focuses on small and controlled movements to build long, lean muscles. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Calisthenics: Build strength, mobility, and control using just your bodyweight. Calisthenics focuses on functional movements like push-ups, squats, planks, and pull variations to improve total-body strength and endurance. All levels welcome with options to scale up or down.
Hatha Yoga: A gentle, slower-paced class focused on basic poses, breathing, and relaxation to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Yoga: Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a mindful, intentionally paced practice that blends the breath-synchronized movement of Vinyasa with longer, deeper holds. It emphasizes intentional transitions, reduced pose counts, and improved flexibility, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking a deeper, more meditative, and restorative experience compared to faster power styles.
