Class Descriptions:
HEAT (Spin Class): Turn up the resistance and test your grit in this HEAT Spin class. With heavy climbs, all-out intervals, and race-style sprints, this ride is built to challenge both your body and mind. Perfect for anyone looking to boost cardio endurance, build leg strength, and break a serious sweat. You control the resistance—challenge yourself and ride hard.
HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training): Push hard, recover quick, repeat. HIIT delivers powerful intervals of strength and cardio to torch calories, boost metabolism, and build lean muscle. Each class is different and challenging, keeping your body guessing and your energy high. Modifications and progressions are offered, making this class accessible and effective for all levels.
Butts and Guts: Butts and Guts targets glutes and core with strength-based exercises that deliver serious burn and real results. Expect focused work, minimal rest, and plenty of options for all fitness levels.
Bike Boot Camp: Pedal hard, hop off, get strong—repeat. Bike Boot Camp delivers an exciting mix of cardio and strength that keeps your workout fresh and effective. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or new to the bike, this class challenges you at your level!
Water Aerobics: Make a splash in Water Aerobics! This upbeat class combines cardio, strength, and mobility exercises performed in the pool for a refreshing, total-body workout. The water provides natural resistance while reducing impact, making it both challenging and gentle.
Restorative Strength: Restorative Strength is a gentle, strength-based class focused on balance, mobility, and functional movement. Low-impact exercises improve muscle tone and joint health while supporting safe, confident movement.
Avita Yoga ($10): Avita Yoga is a gentle yoga class focused on mobility, balance, and relaxation. Designed for seniors and beginners, this class promotes flexibility, calm breathing, and mindful movement in a supportive environment.
Soma Yoga: Soma Yoga blends gentle yoga postures with somatic movement to help retrain the nervous system and promote ease of movement. Movements are slow and accessible, allowing participants to listen to their bodies and move without strain.
